These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and service bookings for safaris, tours, holiday packages, and related travel services in Kenya, Tanzania, and East Africa. 1. Introduction

2. Booking, Payments & Confirmation
2.1 Reservation Process

2.2 Payments & Deposit
To secure your safari, a minimum 30% non-refundable deposit of the total safari cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before departure. 2.3 Payment Methods

2.4 Booking Amendments

3. Cancellation & Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel your booking:
- More than 30 days before the safari start date: eligible for a partial refund less administrative and deposit fees.

3.2 Cancellation by Toto Tembo Safaris

3.3 Refund Processing

4. Travel Documents, Vaccinations & Insurance
4.1 Travel Documents
You must hold valid passports, visas, permits, and any required certificates for all countries visited. We are not responsible for any costs or delays arising from incomplete or invalid documentation. (Safari)

You should obtain all recommended vaccinations before travel and carry your medical records. We are not liable for medical expenses incurred on safari. (Safari)
4.3 Travel Insurance

5. Safari Participation & Safety
5.1 Assumption of Risk

5.2 Customer Health & Fitness

6. Liability & Indemnification
6.1 Limitation of Liability
