It details how deposits are handled, the conditions under which cancellations may be made, and our procedures for processing refunds. Deposits and Bookings
When you book a tour with Tototembo Safaris, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. Please note:
- The deposit is refundable based on the timing of your cancellation.

- Deposits may become non-refundable if a cancellation is made within a specified period prior to the tour start date.
Client Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees and refund amounts depend on the timing of your cancellation:
- More than 30 days before departure: You may receive a full refund of your deposit, subject to a small administrative fee.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: You may be eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit.
- Less than 15 days before departure: The deposit will be non-refundable.
Any additional payments beyond the deposit will be subject to similar terms, as detailed in your booking confirmation.
